Commercial Halfway Hut Outbuilding, Ashridge Golf Club, Berkhamsted

We received an enquiry from Ashridge Golf Club looking for a purpose-built outbuilding to replace their previous off-the-shelf solution that had reached the end of its useful life.

The new space needed to be practical and welcoming, with a dedicated kitchen area and desk space, while providing a much more comfortable environment for golfers and staff.

We designed and built an outbuilding that gave the club the additional space it needed, creating a modern and functional halfway house that could be used throughout the year.

And during this summer’s heatwaves, the new halfway house really proved its worth. Fitted with a high-performance air conditioning unit, it quickly became one of the coolest places on the course with everyone wanting to be in there!

The existing halfway house was removed to make way for a brand new, purpose built facility, inspired by modern golf comfort station renderings. Designed around the needs of Ashridge Golf Club, the new space provides a comfortable, practical and welcoming environment that can be enjoyed throughout the year.

It all starts with the design plans
