Multi Purpose Garden Room, Witney
Mark lives in Witney, and contacted us because he was looking for a multi purpose Garden Room.
His three children are growing up and his wife needed office space to run her business. One of their daughters plays flute and saxophone and needs a soundproof room where she can practise without disturbing the rest of the family. Mark’s two other children are teenagers and thought it would be great to have a place to hang out with their friends.
The space at the back of their garden allowed us to design and build a 4.2 x 3.2 metre Garden Room with fully-opening bifold doors and plenty of space for everything they need to use it for.
Because the Garden Room was to be multi purpose, we installed wireless lighting that can be controlled from anywhere in the house and a fast wifi broadband connection for Mark’s wife’s online teaching business and the children’s games consoles.
The entire family love the flexibility the extra space gives them, and the Garden Room has even freed up room for an additional bedroom in the house.
