New Pitched Roof Garden Room, Oxford
When does a Garden Room become a fully-fledged bungalow? This 50 square metre pitched-roof timber framed building with kitchen and bathroom really starts to blur the lines!
When Ash and Dolly contacted us they had already engaged another company and paid a large deposit. Unfortunately that company then did nothing but put them off – pushing the installation date further out. We stepped in, took the contract by the scruff of the neck and delivered this stunning Design and Build project in just four months.
We provided the bespoke design, complete with a kitchen, bathroom and a lovely large open space.
Ash and Dolly made several changes as we went along, but our flexible approach meant we kept things on track – they added a mezzanine, a designer triangle window, heated floor and air conditioning.
We finished it off with a stunning landscape design with new patio in graphite grey and new cultivated lawn turf.
