Helen has a rental property in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Her tenant loves the house and the area, but was expecting a baby and needed extra living space.

So Helen looked into ways of making extra space and contacted us to see if we could help. After a lot of discussion between Helen, ourselves and the tenant, it was decided that the new Garden Room would be used as a lounge, freeing up a room in the house for a nursery.

First we laid a concrete base, then build the new room using Light Grey composite cladding, a Firestone rubber roof and black bi-fold doors with black accessories. We installed recessed lighting with brushed silver fittings, double sockets with USB ports and a slimline radiator. Then we plastered and painted the interior walls and laid the laminate flooring.

With good project management and communication, the build went without any hitches and both Helen and her tenant are delighted with the finished Garden Room.
