Explore design possibilities and discover the materials and finishes available for your new space. At The Studio, you can look at different external cladding options, paving styles, colours and finishes, helping you visualise how your garden room could complement your home and garden. You can discuss the look and feel you’re hoping to achieve, compare materials in person and get guidance on choosing the right options for your project.

Whether you’re planning a garden office, a home gym, a space for entertaining or a relaxing retreat, you don’t need a finished design before you visit. Bring your ideas, ask questions and explore the possibilities with our team. We’ll help you understand your options and take the first steps towards a garden room designed around you.

We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive. We’ll welcome you with a tea or coffee and give you time to explore your ideas in a relaxed, friendly setting. Children are very welcome to join you too, so you can bring the whole family along as you start planning your new garden room. With on-site parking available, arriving at The Studio is easy and convenient, leaving you free to focus on exploring the possibilities for your home.

2. A Visit to Your Property

Once we’ve discussed your ideas at The Studio, the next step is to arrange a visit to your property. Our designer will take the necessary measurements, assess your available outdoor space and consider how your new garden room could work within your garden.

This visit helps us understand the practical details of your project, from the size and position of your proposed garden room to how it will sit within its surroundings. By taking the time to understand your property and requirements, we can begin developing a bespoke garden room design tailored to your space and the way you want to use it.

3. Bringing Your Garden Room Design to Life

With your measurements and ideas in place, we’ll begin creating your bespoke garden room design. Our team will develop drawings that help you visualise your proposed space and see how your ideas could translate into a finished design.

From the overall layout and dimensions to the appearance of your garden room, we’ll consider the details that matter to you. Whether you’re planning a garden office, home gym, entertainment space or somewhere to relax, we’ll work towards a design that reflects your vision and makes the most of your available space.

4. Review Your Drawings and Choose Your Finishes

Once your initial garden room drawings are ready, we’ll invite you back to The Studio if you’d like to review the design with us in person. This gives you the opportunity to see how your ideas have taken shape, discuss any changes and make amendments before finalising your plans.

You’ll also have the opportunity to refine your material choices and finishes, from external cladding and colours to paving and other design details. Seeing samples in person can make it easier to compare options and decide what will work best alongside your home and garden.

We’ll work through these details with you so that you’re happy with the proposed design and agreed specifications before moving forward to the next stage.

5. Final Sign-Off and Project Manager Handover

Once your garden room drawings and specifications have been finalised and signed off, we’ll prepare to move your project into the next stage.

Your project will then be handed over to your dedicated project manager, who will oversee the project as it progresses towards installation. With the design and agreed details established, the team can work from the approved plans and specifications to bring your bespoke garden room to life.

From your first conversation with Stuart at The Studio to the handover to your project manager, our aim is to make the process clear, collaborative and carefully managed, so you know what to expect as your garden room takes shape.
