The Design Process
Once your initial home survey is complete and we have a better understanding of your ideas and vision, our design process begins. The design created for you will be completely bespoke (no two Garden Rooms will be the same) and they will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.
When you’re satisfied with the choice of layout and any optional extras, you will receive your detailed plans and drawings. This will only happen when you’re 100% happy with the design, meaning no unwanted surprises down the road.
Making Changes
If you change your mind during the building process and would like something done slightly differently, that’s no problem. We’ll adapt the design to suit you.
Our guarantees are simple: we’ll work with you to develop a Garden Room that fits within your budget and we’ll never put any pressure on you to pay more than you can afford. Plus, we won’t ask you for any money until you’re completely satisfied with the end result, giving you even more peace of mind.
Your Choice of Materials
You’ve decided what you want to use your Garden Room for and how you’d like it laid out but deciding on materials is an equally important part of designing your Garden Room. Our designers aren’t just well versed in how to make things look good, they can also help to advise what materials will work best, including composite wood cladding and real timber cladding. All helping to ensure your space is functional and that it works for you.
